Your Profile. Your privacy choices.
QRguitar lets you choose what stays public and what stays private. Public Profiles can appear in the Catalog. Unlisted Profiles work by direct link. Private Profiles are available only to the owner and authorized QRguitar admins.
What a Profile can contain
We collect account information and the instrument details you choose to add so QRguitar can provide Profiles, ownership tools, service history, and support.
Public, Unlisted, and Private
Public Profiles can appear in the Catalog. Unlisted Profiles stay out of the Catalog but work by direct link or QR. Private Profiles are available only to the owner and authorized QRguitar admins.
Serial Number and private files
You can hide the separate Serial Number field on a Public Profile without changing the QRguitar ID or permanent QR. Private notes, private documents, and private supporting files are not shown publicly.
Documents and safety
Files marked public can appear on the Profile. Private files remain restricted. Lost or stolen alerts appear publicly only when set through the authorized safety controls.
Account data
QRguitar uses account email, authentication data, and support messages to provide account access, ownership, service, transfers, safety tools, and support. QRguitar does not sell private user data.
Do not upload passwords, payment-card numbers, private reset links, unrelated personal documents, or files you do not have the right to store.
